Video Not Showing up on My Instagram Carousel Posts

Carousel posts (a single post that contains multiple media items) are supported in your Feed. However, there are a few details to keep in mind so you know exactly how these posts will appear.

Carousel Post with a video as the first media
- These pull in correctly — the video will display as the main media in your Feed.

Carousel Post with an image first and a video later in the post
- If it's a post from Meta (Instagram or Facebook), the post will always use the first image as the thumbnail, due to the way Meta supplies carousel media through their APIs.

If you need to display all the media in your carousel post without the restrictions above — you can try embedding the Instagram/Facebook post directly into your Feed.
