Video Not Showing up on My Instagram Carousel Posts

Unfortunately, video(s) within Instagram Carousel Posts aren’t currently supported. This mean, if a carousel post contains a video, the video will be automatically ignored and hidden when pulled into your Feed.

That said, we do have a suggestion that might help you achieve most of what you need. You can try embedding the carousel post directly into your Feed. Here’s how:
