Where are all my posts?! 🤔

Not seeing any posts from your newly added source? Here's a list of the most common causes...

  1. Your selected Source has no posts available yet
First, please double check that your selected social platform has posts that Curator can find. Eg if your source is an Instagram hashtag, #dogs, then head over to Instagram and type in "#dogs" to make sure there are posts to find.

  2. Your posts are older than 24 hours
Please note that for the Instagram's Hashtag source that's set to pull the 'Most Recent' - then it can only find posts from the last 24 hours from the date you connected the source. Once a post is found, on paid plans, Curator will save it for the post for the duration of your account.

  3. Your posts were made by private users
In some cases like Facebook, Curator is unable to obtain posts shared by your Facebook page made by personal or private users/accounts. Facebook does not allow these posts to be accessed through their API.

  4. You may have an underlying Rule that auto rejects such posts
Double check your Rules. The posts from your source may have been caught by the Rule you have previously setup. Please note that if you have a rule that's setup to "Trash" posts, this means that it'll be deleted right away.

  5.  If you're adding a LinkedIn Source
Please note that Curator takes sometime to pull the posts for this source.
