Where are all my posts?! 🤔

Not seeing any posts from your newly added source? Here are some common reasons...

  1. Your selected Source has no posts available yet
First, please double check that your selected social platform has posts that Curator can find and pull. For example, if your source is an Instagram hashtag, #dogs, visit Instagram and type in "#dogs" to make sure there are posts to pull.

  2. Your posts are older than 24 hours
For certain sources, like Instagram's Hashtag source set to pull 'Most Recent,' only posts from the last 24 hours from the date you added the source can be retrieved.

  3. Your posts were made by private users
Some platforms, like Facebook, restrict access to posts from personal or private accounts. For example, posts shared on your Facebook Page made by private users cannot be pulled.

  4. You may have an underlying Rule that auto rejects such posts
Double check your Rules. Check your Rules to see if they’re filtering out posts. If a Rule is set to "Trash," posts are deleted immediately and won’t appear.

If none of the above applies, or you’re having issues with other platforms, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
