Understanding Instagram Mention Source

Instagram Mention source allows you to pull posts or media in which the Instagram Business Account has been @mentioned. 

Limitations:

  • Posts made before the source was added cannot be pulled.
  • Mentions on Stories are not supported, and so it cannot be pulled.
  • Commenting on photos in which the account is already tagged is not supported.
  • Mentions made by a private account aren't supported.
