What happens when I reach my page view limit?

Nothing. Quite literally....

Your account will be paused, which means your sources will also be paused and won’t pull any new posts. 

Nothing will break publicly — your feed will continue to display as usual without showing any errors. If you need your sources to stay active, you can upgrade your account in the Account section or simply wait until next month when your limits reset.
