My Facebook visitor posts are not showing

This is quite a common question that we get asked.

Facebook only stores the IDs for a post for about a week. The same applies to Twitter. This means that Curator cannot find the posts even though they do exist. This, unfortunately, is just how Facebook works. 

However.... once you have connected your Facebook page Curator will be able to reference (or pull) the posts from the day you connected the account.

Please remember Curator can only curate Facebook Posts from a page where you are the Admin.

Curator cannot curate Facebook Hashtags, Personal Profile, or any other private posts as it is against the Facebook T&Cs.
