Not all my Instagram posts are showing!
As of December 12th, Instagram only allows us to find posts from the last 24 hours from the date you connected the source.
On the free account, posts will then be deleted after approximately a month.
On Business accounts, we keep them indefinitely.
If you are thinking of a Business account we recommend you upgrade the account you already have (within 30 days), rather than creating a new one. This will ensure your posts are saved before the cut off date.
You can still add posts manually:
If you know the URL of the post AND it was posted within 60 days of the source connection date, it is still possible to add the post to your Curator account. In the Curate section, simply click the ADD POST FROM SITE button and input the URL of the Instagram post. The post will be added into the feed according to the date it was posted to Instagram.
