Instagram Business Account Not Connecting
If you have an Instagram Business Account set up and linked to a Facebook page (per instructions here) but you can't connect it with Curator.IO then you may be experiencing a bug in the Facebook platform - this is a known bug that Facebook is working on - where sometimes an Instagram Business does not show up even though it's associated with a Facebook Page.
Facebook has recommended the following steps that would help resolve the issue:
- Using the Instagram App or Instagram.com - switch the Instagram Business account back to Personal Instagram account. Here's Facebook's guide.
- Then convert or switch back to Instagram Business Account (see instructions here)
- Add the connection again in the Curator.IO Admin (here https://app.curator.io/company/connections)
