Instagram Business Account Not Connecting

If you have an Instagram Business Account set up and linked to a Facebook page (per instructions here) but you can't connect it with Curator.IO then you may be experiencing a bug in the Facebook platform - this is a known bug that Facebook is working on - where sometimes an Instagram Business does not show up even though it's associated with a Facebook Page.

Facebook has recommended the following steps that would help resolve the issue:

  1. Using the Instagram App or - switch the Instagram Business account back to Personal Instagram account. Here's Facebook's guide
  2. Then convert or switch back to Instagram Business Account (see instructions here)
  3. Add the connection again in the Curator.IO Admin (here
