Connecting Social Accounts

Adding LinkedIn Source

Curator pulls posts from LinkedIn through Company Pages and Profile Pages. LinkedIn is a premium source available only on Business and Enterprise plans.

LinkedIn sources require a Business plan or higher. Free and Pro plans cannot connect LinkedIn sources. The Business plan includes 1 LinkedIn source; purchasing a +15 source add-on increases your LinkedIn limit by 1 additional source per add-on purchased. Hashtag aggregation is not supported due to LinkedIn API restrictions.

LinkedIn Source Types

Company Page — Pulls posts from a LinkedIn company page.

Profile Page — Pulls posts from a personal LinkedIn public profile.

Connecting a LinkedIn Source

  1. Upgrade to Business plan or higher (if needed) via Settings > Billing

  2. On the Organize page, click Add Source

  3. Select LinkedIn

  4. Choose your source type (Company Page or Profile Page)

  5. Enter the LinkedIn company or profile URL

  6. Click next to complete the adding source process

LinkedIn source pulls approximately 10 posts when added, then pulls 10 or more newly detected posts on each 4-hour refresh.

Common Issues

"Premium source requires upgrade" — LinkedIn is only available on Business and Enterprise plans. Upgrade your plan in Settings > Billing to connect LinkedIn sources.

No posts appearing — Verify the page or profile has public posts published.

Missing posts — Check that posts aren't being held in moderation (Needs Approval status). Also, confirm you haven't hit your plan's post limit (Business: 30,000 posts).

Limitations

  • Available only on Business and Enterprise plans (not Free or Pro)

  • Business plan includes 1 LinkedIn source; each +15 source add-on increases your LinkedIn limit by 1

  • Only Company Pages and Profile Pages are supported (no school, showcase and hashtag aggregation due to API restrictions)

  • Cannot pull images or videos from a slideshow-type posts.

  • Each Company Page or Profile counts as 1 source toward your plan limit
