Curating Content

Why Curator only pulled 25 posts initially?

When you first connect a source to Curator, the platform pulls up to 20-25 of the most recent posts. Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve older posts beyond this initial limit.

This limit applies to all sources due to recent API changes and helps reduce server load, especially for sources or hashtags with thousands of posts.

How ongoing updates work

After a source is added, it pulls the allowed maximum number of posts supported for that social network and retrieves the same amount on each refresh automatically based on your plan’s update frequency.

Exception for select sources

If you're on a paid plan and using Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or Flickr Album sources, support team can manually attempt to load older posts that weren't pulled during the initial cap.

Email [email protected] with your source details and we'll do our best to retrieve additional historical content.
