Organizing Feeds & Sources

Creating a New Feed

Creating a feed takes less than a minute. Feeds are collections that aggregate content from your social sources and can be customized with templates, filters, and moderation rules.

Steps to Create a Feed

  1. Log in to your Curator dashboard

  2. Click New Feed (or navigate to the Organize section and click "New Feed")

  3. Enter a name for your feed (e.g., "Instagram Campaign" or "Event Wall")

  4. You may edit or update your default post status:

    • Approved — New posts appear automatically (auto-publish)

    • Needs approval — Review and approve posts manually or automatically via Rules before they display publicly

  5. Click Create Feed

Start with "Needs approval" for user-generated content campaigns to moderate posts before they go live. Switch to "Approved" for trusted sources like your own brand accounts.

What Happens Next

After creating your feed, you'll be prompted to add sources. A feed without sources won't display any content, so add at least one source to get started.

You can create unlimited feeds on any plan. Use separate feeds for different website pages, campaigns, or display purposes (website embeds vs. event screens).
