Curating Content

The Curation Workflow

The curation workflow lets you review and control which posts appear in your feed. You can approve, reject, or pin content to keep your feed on-brand and relevant.

Setting Your Default Post Status

When creating or editing a feed, choose how new posts are handled:

  • Approved (auto-publish) — Posts appear in your feed immediately without review

  • Needs approval (manual review) — Posts are hidden until you manually approve them

Use "Needs approval" for user-generated content or when you want full control over what appears in your feed.

Reviewing & Approving Posts

To review posts waiting for approval:

  1. Go to the Curator section in your dashboard

  2. Filter by Needs Approval

  3. Click Approve to publish a post immediately, or Reject to hide it

Rejected posts remain visible in your dashboard for reference but won't appear in your public feed.

Additional Actions

Pin — Keep important posts at the top of your feed.

Edit — Modify post captions or tags directly in the Posts section. Changes apply only to your feed display, not the original post.

For automated moderation, set up rules to approve or reject posts based on keywords, profanity, or other criteria.
