Organizing Feeds & Sources

Source Limits & Upgrades

Your Curator plan determines how many sources you can connect. Understanding these limits helps you choose the right plan and know when to upgrade.

Source Limits by Plan

Each plan includes a specific number of sources and maximum stored posts:

  • Free: 3 sources, 1,000 max posts

  • Pro ($23/month): 5 sources, 10,000 max posts

  • Business ($54/month): 15 sources, 30,000 max posts

  • Enterprise: Custom/unlimited

Sources are the social accounts, hashtags, or channels Curator monitors—not the number of feeds. You can create unlimited feeds on any plan.

What Counts as a Source?

Each individual connection counts as one source:

  • One Instagram hashtag = 1 source

  • One Facebook page = 1 source

  • One YouTube channel = 1 source

If you add three Instagram hashtags and two TikTok accounts, you've used 5 sources total.

Premium Sources

The Business plan includes the following Premium sources:

  • X (formerly Twitter)

  • 1 TikTok hashtag source

  • 1 LinkedIn source

  • 1 Google Reviews Premium source

TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Reviews Premium are limited to one source each under the Business plan. Purchasing a +15 source add-on increases your limit by +1 additional source for each limited Premium source (TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Reviews) for every +15 sources purchased.

Trying to add a premium source on a Free or Pro plan? You'll see an error prompting you to upgrade to Business.

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading if you:

  • Hit your source limit and need to add more platforms or hashtags

  • Reach your post limit (Free: 1k posts, Pro: 10k posts, Business: 30k posts)

  • Want to use premium sources like X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google Reviews

  • Need faster update intervals (Business: 15 minutes vs. Pro: 60 minutes)

  • Require unlimited page views (Free: 2k/month, Pro: 20k/month, Business: unlimited)

How to Upgrade

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard and select your new plan. Changes take effect immediately, and you can add sources right away.
