Managing Rights Dashboard
The Rights Management dashboard at app.curator.io/curate/rights gives you a centralized view of all your permission requests across all feeds.
Access the dashboard
To view your rights requests:
Log into your Curator account
The dashboard displays all requests you've sent via the Chrome extension.
What you'll see
Each request shows:
The Instagram post thumbnail
Creator's username
Request status (Waiting, Approved, Replied or Declined)
When the request was sent
You can click on individual requests to view more details, including the original post and any responses from the creator.
Filter by status
Use the dashboard filters to view:
Waiting - Requests awaiting creator response
Approved - Content you have permission to use
Replied - The creator has responded, but not according to the approval instructions. You’ll need to review their reply to confirm whether permission was granted.
Declined or Not Approved - Requests that were denied
This helps you quickly identify which content is ready to feature and which requests need follow-up.
Check your dashboard regularly to see which creators have responded. Following up politely on pending requests can improve your approval rate.
Organize by feed
Since requests are assigned to specific feeds when you send them, you can filter by feed to see only requests relevant to a particular campaign or website section.
Customize message templates
From the Rights Management area, you can also navigate to your message templates at app.curator.io/curate/rights/messages to update the text you send to creators.
