Where are all my posts?
Not seeing posts from your newly added source? Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Check your source has available posts
First, verify that your selected social platform actually has posts that Curator can find. For example, if you added an Instagram hashtag like #dogs, visit Instagram and search for "#dogs" to confirm there are posts to pull.
Posts older than 24 hours
For certain sources like Instagram's Hashtag source set to pull "Most Recent," only posts from the last 24 hours from the date you added the source can be retrieved. Older posts aren't available through the API.
Try adding the same hashtag again but set it to pull "Top Posts" instead—these aren't time-limited and are based on engagement.
Posts from private users
Some platforms restrict access to posts from personal or private accounts. For example, Facebook only pulls public posts from Pages—posts made by private users on your Facebook Page cannot be retrieved.
Check your moderation rules
Your Rules might be filtering out posts automatically. Go to Curate > Rules and review what's configured. If a Rule is set to "Trash," matching posts are deleted immediately and won't appear in your feed.
Curator includes default rules for profanity filtering and duplicate detection that auto-reject matching posts.
