Adding Google Reviews Source

Curator pulls customer reviews from Google Business Profile (Google Maps). There are two versions: Google Reviews Lite (available on all plans) and Google Reviews (Business+ only).

Google Reviews Lite is available on all plans but limited to 5 reviews without images. Google Reviews Premium requires a Business plan or higher and pulls up to 20 reviews with images. The Business plan includes 1 Google Reviews Premium source; purchasing a +15 source add-on increases your Google Reviews Premium limit by 1 additional source per add-on purchased.

Google Reviews Source Types

Google Reviews (Lite) — Available on all plans. Pulls up to 5 reviews selected by Google, refreshed periodically. No review images.

Google Reviews — Available on Business+ plans. Pulls up to 20 reviews with images per refresh.

Connecting Google Reviews

  1. Upgrade to Business plan or higher (if you want the Premium version with images and 20 reviews)

  2. On the Organize page, click Add Source

  3. Select Google Reviews

  4. Choose your source type (Lite or Premium)

  5. Find your business by searching the name or address, or by entering the Place ID.

  6. Click next to complete the adding source process

Google Reviews source pulls in 5–20 posts (depending on whether you chose Lite or Premium) when added and on each refresh based on your plan’s update frequency (Free: 24 hours, Pro: 60 minutes, Business: 15 minutes).

Common Issues

"Premium source requires upgrade" — The Premium version of Google Reviews is only available on Business and Enterprise plans. Upgrade your plan in Settings > Billing to access the Full version with up to 20 reviews and images.

No reviews appearing — Verify your Google Business Profile has public reviews published.

Only 5 reviews showing — If you're adding the Lite version, you're limited to 5 reviews. Upgrade to Business or higher to access the Premium version with up to 20 reviews per refresh.

Missing posts — Confirm you haven't hit your plan's post limit (Free: 1,000 posts).

Limitations

  • Google Reviews Lite: Available on all plans, up to 5 reviews, no images, Google-selected reviews

  • Google Reviews: Business+ plans only, up to 20 reviews with images per refresh

  • Business plan includes 1 Google Reviews Premium source; each +15 source add-on increases your Google Reviews Premium limit by 1

  • Only public reviews are pulled

  • Requires a Google Business Profile (Google My Business)

  • Each Google Reviews source counts as 1 source toward your plan limit
