Adding Facebook Source
Curator pulls content from Facebook Pages through two source types: Facebook Page posts and Page Mentions. You'll need admin access to the Page and a personal Facebook account linked as an admin.
Before connecting: Confirm you have admin or owner permissions for the Facebook Page you want to connect. You'll authorize Curator using your personal Facebook account.
Facebook Source Types
Facebook Page — Pulls posts published directly by your Facebook Page.
Facebook Page Mentions — Pulls posts from other Pages that mention or tag your Page.

On the Organize page, click Add Source
Select Facebook

Facebook source pulls in approximately 20 posts when added and during each refresh, based on your plan’s update frequency (Free: 24 hours, Pro: 60 minutes, Business: 15 minutes)
Required Permissions
When you authorize Curator, Facebook will request these permissions:
pages_manage_metadata – Access basic information about your Facebook Page (like name, and settings) to properly connect
pages_read_engagement – Read posts, photos, and videos from your Page
pages_read_user_content – Read user-generated content like comments
business_management – Use Business Manager API for connectivity
Curator only reads content from your Page; it cannot post, edit, or delete anything.
Common Issues
Connection expired — Connections may expire over time. To reconnect, go to your Social Connections page, find the Facebook account, and click Reconnect. Please make sure you’re logged in to the same Facebook account when reconnection.
No posts appearing — Confirm your Page has public posts published recently. Private or restricted posts won't appear.
Missing posts — Check whether the missing posts used common video, music or audio. It’s possible they were flagged for copyright, which means Curator won't be able to pull those posts. Also, confirm you haven't hit your plan's post limit (Free: 1,000 posts). Business+ plan users can contact support to attempt manual retrieval of older posts.
Limitations
Only public posts are pulled (private content and direct messages are excluded)
Facebook hashtag isn't supported
Facebook Events, Reels, and copyright-flagged posts are not supported
Page Mentions pull approximately 20-25 recent posts; mentions from personal accounts (not Pages) won't appear
Posts containing media (video or image) from shared personal account posts may not be pulled
Available on all plans (each Page or Page Mentions source counts as 1 source toward your plan limit)
