Adding Yelp Source

Curator pulls reviews from Yelp business pages. This lets you display customer reviews alongside other social content in your feed.

Yelp sources pull public reviews from business pages. You may need to claim or verify your business on Yelp first.

Connecting a Yelp Source

  1. On the Organize page, click Add Source

  2. Select Yelp

  3. Choose Business Reviews as your source type

  4. Enter your Yelp business ID

  5. Click next to complete the adding source process

No authentication is required. Yelp source pulls in approximately 3 reviews when added and during each refresh, based on your plan's update frequency (Free: 24 hours, Pro: 60 minutes, Business: 15 minutes).

Common Issues

No reviews appearing โ€” Verify your business page has public reviews published.

Missing reviews โ€” Yelp source returns up to 3 reviews, based on Yelpโ€™s default sorting order. This order is determined by factors such as recency, user votes, and overall review factors. Because of this, an older review may sometimes appear and be pulled before newer ones. Also, confirm you haven't hit your plan's post limit (Free: 1,000 posts).

Limitations

  • Only public business reviews are pulled

  • Available on all plans (each Yelp source counts as 1 source toward your limit)
